ENPEW – the European Network of Prison Education Webmasters - was co-founded by Per Thrane, Denmark, and Martin Fahy, Ireland, as a support group for webmasters involved in websites connected with prison education and to collaborate in the development of website projects.

ENPEW is a subgroup of the EPEA, the European Prison Education Association. The members have collaborated on the development of this site.
